Regular meditation leads to inner peace

Many people find that as they grow used to meditating regularly, either on their own or using guided meditation techniques, they need to get in touch with their own spiritual natures. This takes people on very diverse journeys: from a Quaker meeting, to a sweat lodge, to the source of the Ganges - everyone’s path is their own.

The choice is yours. But once you have learnt how to meditate, if you do feel a pull to the numinous, follow your instincts and see where they take you. Areas of your life that have been stagnant may begin to move, while situations that have been unmanageably unstable may arrive at equilibrium.
